Triple booting XP, Vista and W7 64bit

    Hi Folks,
I currently have a dual boot system with Vista and XP on the same hard drive. I have just purchased a new drive and am thinking of putting W7 64 bit on this new drive, can I just install the drive and then install W7 on to it? Once W7 is installed will I have to use Easybcd to create a bootloader or will W7 give me the option to boot the other systems? I would like to play around with W7 before removing Vista, but will probably keep XP on for a while.
    Thanks in advance

Re: Triple booting XP, Vista and W7 64bit

I don't see why you can't tripple boot XP, Vista and W7 64bit. When you install Win7 it should sort out the boot sequence and yes it will give you the options of booting into Win 7 or "Older/Previous" versions of Windows.

Interestingly, a friend recently installed Win 7 64 Bit and then Vista 32 (in that order) and had no problems. In the past you had to install the older OS first. Some new things are better then...

Re: Triple booting XP, Vista and W7 64bit

    Hi,
Managed to install W7 64 bit, and it sorted out my other operating systems no problem. I am now going to have a long play with W7.
    Cheers
