Anyone have a Bugzilla account?

I've noticed a bug in Firefox - when I add addresses to the exceptions list under the privacy tab in options where you can allow/block cookies for websites they remain for a while then disappear from the list however the exception still seems to apply. For example, if I add a website to the allow list, log in, and have Firefox set to delete cookies when I close it, the cookie remains and I stay logged in then the list erases itself but the rules still apply i.e. the cookie isn't deleted and I stay logged in. If someone already has a bugzilla account it might be worth posting this - it's minor but annoying, especially if you want to remove something from the list...
Also does anyone know where this list is stored so I can edit it manually in the mean time?

It isn't just Firefox/Mozilla that use Bugzilla, loads of open source projects (and closed source) that use it. I have a Bugzilla account for bugs.slimdevices.com, but I doubtthat would be helpful
