Installing WinXP on a Netbook with no optical drive

As the title suggests I have a Dell Inspiron Mini 1010 with Ubuntu and want to reformat and install XP instead. How can I go about this without an optical drive. Can I configure a flash drive to operate as a virtual optical drive?
