    Comments/Opinions on Site Design

    Ok, ive outlined the main design for a clients site.

    Would appreciate any opinions/comments on the site, including loading times at diff speeds etc.

    Nice design mate, I love the little document icons. Two minor things I don't like about it are the shadow on the logo bit; it looks out of place with no other shadows in the design. I think there should be a little padding between the left and the "blah" text.

    Yeah. It just looks a little out of place with it being the only shadow. It all has a nice 2D modern look then you see that and think "hmmm".

    just a basic page, the nature of the images means that making frames to work perfectly through anything other than Internet Explorer would be a real headache.

    What are you opinions on teh general design?

    It's lovely IMO. Did you create the graphics from scratch? Wish I was that good with Photoshop! Will be great to see some content!

    yup i created teh images from scratch, just started with a large image of some fella playing golf and ended up with whats shown .

    I'll give u a shout when there's some content up, I've got a meeting with the client on friday so by the end of the weekend there should be more up there.

    Basher, how about having the ABC thing horizontal, instead of verticle? Would look like a golf flag then.
