    For Outlook Express:

    C:\Documents and Settings\#USERNAME#\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{5BA15646-B1D2-1234-8E8C-76089B689DC6}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

The email folders are stored here, just change #USERNAME# for what ever you are logging on as. And the gibberish in {} will be different also.

You need all the files in there, the folders.dbx is VERY important and it won't work unless you copy this file too.

The address book is stored here- just a single .wab file.

    C:\Documents and Settings\#USERNAME#\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book

Click Addresses in OE then in the new window file>export WAB
Just do the same but import on the other PC.

In OE >Tools>Options>Maintenance>store folder will tell you where your messages are kept.
just copy that folder to the new PC & then File >import>messages.

stupid that outlook doent allow you to do that, i mean you can "export" it to other MS programs like Exchange, and you can export the address book as a CSV etc, but you can save/backup your emails
