    Browser issues driving me nuts

I'm on my mac at the moment and i'm having trouble loading anything to do with Google or Yahoo (probably more but i haven't checked). I can load any website without problems in boot camp or VMWare, but nothing loads in OS X. No one in my house has this problem so it appears to be a problem with OS X specifically. I've tried clearing all my "private data" in firefox (not much use, Google doesn't load in Safari either), rebooting, restarting the router, resetting all my network settings.

It just randomly stopped working and i've not got the foggiest idea why.

A bit of Binging (doesn't sound quite as catchy) threw up possible DNS problems?

For what it's worth, I did a traceroute which gives "no route to host"

EDIT: Aha... Peerguardian is to blame. Apparently it was blocking tons of mundane websites, deleted a couple of startup services which seems to have fixed it (pplogger and another ppthing).
