I've just come across a stray Office 2003 key here that isn't in use - is there an easy way of finding out how many licenses the key is valid for, as I suspect it's a volume licensing one?
i think it's just 1 although if you're a student i think you get 3. I don't think theres a tool to check it.
I'm now talking to an MS Customer Service Representative.

MS will have dragged you off for even daring to think about using a volume license key without breaching the terms and conditions? But if people use their software legally, how will they be able to keep banging on about the damage piracy does!?! ;)Quote:
