Help! How to edit embedded CSS in wordpress blog?

This is driving me nuts!

I'm playing around with the suffusion theme on a wordpress blog.

Problem I have is that the logo I'm using is too tall, so the menu which should appear below is appearing to the right.

Using the webdev firefox plugin, I've located the culprit to be the value in a #header area, but it's in the embedded style, not in a dedicated .css file, so I don't know where to look to change it!

Searching on the wordpress forums shows it should be in the header.php but it's not there

Any CSS wizz can point me in the right direction?

Oh well, problem fixed in that there was an option deep inside the theme's settings allowing you to change the header height, so I've fixed it there.

But it would be useful to know in which file that value is stored!
