Access to print spooler in Windows 7

Got a great new laptop: Asus n61, and myself into a pickle. Two printers on network--print job went to wrong printer. Now I can't access my main printer because if it's switched on it's churning paper. I need to clear the print spooler on the laptop, but how do I get there? I've tried management services and stopping and restarting the spooler, but that has no effect.
I did make restore disks (5 DVDs!) and obviously I can get back to where I was when I unpacked the laptop, but I've also installed many mbs. of Windows updates and Kaspersky signatures and deleted bloatware.
All I need to do is get access to the spooler, but Windows 7 has scrapped all the good features of XP for a pretty GUI.
    Any help gratefully received.

Start - Devices and Printers - Right click printer - See what's printing - Clear job

    Stop the service

    Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS

    Delete what's there

    Start the service again.

Thanks Taktak: if only! Tried that first, but the queue was empty! Sure that was a whopper, but that's MS for you.
Thanks also to spoon; now I know where the print spooler is.

Funny thing: the last (lengthy) batch of Windows updates has done the job for me. (That's MS for you, I suppose I must say.) No print queue, all network devices accessible, no problems for the moment.

I must express my appreciation to the Hexus community--great guys!

Most of the time deleting jobs from printer won't do the trick and you have to manually remove the spool'd files hence why I've posted location to the spooler folder...

Glad you've got it sorted tho...
