EAC + lame is the only way.
EAC is the best cd ripper, lame the best encoder.
Ripping takes a long time. If you want to be sure you only need to do it once, consider EAC + FLAC
I had done everything in flac before but the problem was I`d then have to re-encode it to put it on my mp3 player.
If I`m listening to music at home I use my hifi seperates its more to listen to on the move so flac is a bit too much
But EAC seems to be popular so I`ll get it a go
Lone voice here for CDEx. That EAC looks too complicated for a noob like me.
Society's to blame,
Or possibly Atari.
