    There are many problems where the cost of making the code is far higher than doubling the size of a grid. Especially when a 6 hour delay isn't an issue.
    I'd still vomit at the flagrant spreadsheet abuse.

    Oh you have no idea what some people do with a spreadsheet.

    I've seen excel apps where everything has been re-styled, all the tool bars replaced, the icon changed, and windows inserted all over the place, with the grid re-regioned and sized.

    Excel is awesome, it must run so many trillions of dollars.

    Personally I find assembler a lot faster to write than machine code. (I have done (and had included) an assembler patch for gcc!)

    Fortran maps reasonably well from how several disciplines learn mathematics. Assembly doesn't.
