I used to run WordPress Multi User and use wpmu-functions.php to change the following on new blogs (sites):

1) About to About Me
2) Add a page called Contact and add content
3) Modify the default links

I've looked around to find out how to change it in WP3 but to no avail, any ideas where I might be able to modify these?
