    Backing up to NAS

I know I'm being cheeky here as there may be a lot of info online, but this is a work thing and my boss doesn't want me spending time searching for something, so if you'd be so kind as to give me some advice...

So our (small) company has a NAS which contains all our files. I am doing graphics and video work and it was taking ages to open and save files as it was going the LAN, so I got an internal "work in progress" hard drive which I'll store all the work on. All I need is some free simple backup software which, each evening, backs up whatever is on that hdd to the NAS. From the quick search I did, it seems Windows 7 Pro and Ultimate can do it, but we only have home premium so that's not an option.

Anyway sorry again for being lazy, any info much appreciated!

    Script it using robocopy.

Mir switch is that one to look at.

Task scheduler should be your friend as well
