    MSN Messenger

    running a netstat while I have msn messenger running shows an entry for
    soulmatesworld.com:http
    erm, does anyone else have this? I hope so

    Get fport or something similar - it will tell you which ports are in use and which apps (processes actually IIRC) they belong to

    I was tempted to post what paul adams did.

    However I then thought that "shouldn't the ads be served from microsoft's server(s)?"

    It may be the ad, but I'm not certain.

    block all the ads on MSN messenger by installing peergardian

    works a treat and stops them from annoying you
