Apps launch slowly - Kaspersky problem.

I've noticed recently that all apps. seem to be taking ages to launch which is negating the speed of my SSD.

The problem is Kaspersky, It seems to be doing something when I go to launch any apps If I switch Kaspersky off the apps launch in the blink of an eye.

I did see this on a thread before but, I can't find the thread now that seemed to have the answer.

If it is a trusted apps, create and exclusion rule so Kaspersky does not scan it

I did set it as trusted in the application control and it still appears to check it before allowing it to launch.

Sputnik, did you enable "do not inherit restrictions from parent process (application)"???

This is largely why I stopped using Kaspersky. It just refuses to take your settings seriously.
