Media manger scrapper?

hi all im not sure if im posting a old topic here but im looking for some software to organise my movie's for use with mediaportal/xbmc
the features i want are
rename files & folder,
create .nfo files from imbd or alternative.

ive been trying to use ember media manager but it hanging when i loading (really buggy)
i was wondering if any1 knew decent software i could use.
