Problems Win XP to Win 7

    Hi,

Ok I have XP 32 Bit on my pc, so I purchased an upgrade to windows 7 64 bit.

I put the disc in the drive in windows xp and I get an error message telling me to reboot and choose custom install.

It hasn't asked for a CD-Key or anything or for me to put in my windows xp disc to confirm I have an old copy.

Will it work? Something doesn't seem right...
