For free, and reliable obviously. Something like Handbrake, but for audio.
I need it to copy my library too my San Fran but it doesn't support the hundreads of WMA Losless tracks I've got and i don't really want to re-rip in MP3 :/

If you don't mind getting your hands dirty: http://www.hm2k.com/posts/how-to-bul...ert-wma-to-mp3

Not free, but the 21 day free trial should see you through for now. It's the best audio converting software (batch wise) I've used.
Well worth my hard earned cash :)
^^ this.
I used to use EAC and a couple of other tools for ripping and encoding my CDs, but then I moved to dbPoweramp, and it des everything I need other that final tag editing (for that I use Tag&Rename). The batch convert function really comes into its own when you have a quad core or higher as it is multi threaded and will use all the power of your PC if it can. High quality LAME encoding at 120x real time is pretty great.
Well i did just come across a free one that serves it purpose in aidanjt's link but I'll give this a look over as well. :)
