Per application DPI setting?
Hi :)
Anyone know of an app or a method to have custom DPI's for specific applications (Windows 7)?
The only method I know of changing DPI currently.. is globally... "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display" > Set custom text size (DPI) and it requires logging out and logging in again.
I also need a method to exclude specific applications from the global DPI settings.. if that's possible.. the fonts in some of my applications become blurry when I have increased the global DPI from it's default.
Re: Per application DPI setting?
I don't think you can change the settings in quite the way you describe but I'd try the following. Select 'Properties' for the shortcut to your program. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, change the setting for 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings'. It might help.
Re: Per application DPI setting?
that works for excluding applications from my global setting which was really important :D thanks
