    Mozilla Firefox 3.6

An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com.

SSL received a record with an incorrect Message Authentication Code.

    (Error code: ssl_error_bad_mac_read)
My homepage is set to my gmail login screen.

This problem started when I previewed the new login page from them.

Today I keep getting the above message when loading up firefox and have to keep refreshing.

Working fine for me. Obvious suggestion, update firefox? It's up to version 6 now, you're a little out of date.

    Re: Mozilla Firefox 3.6

That's odd, tried a full reinstall?

Less drastically, make the new login page is disabled, and clear you cache cookies etc, it could just a problem with that.

I would try and figure out what's wrong with FF6 though. You're missing quite a lot of security running a browser that old.

do a search for mozilla or firefox on your pc too. Some custom setting may remain behind, you need to clear those too
