I have 2 32-bit Windows 7 Professional digital copies with 2 genuine keys.
i know i'm not gonna be using them and i'm in need for some cash.
so can i sell them on ebay, and what price should i sell them for?

It depends where you got the keys from. If they're OEM keys/came with PCs or from MSDN/various student offers then you can't sell them. If they're keys from a retail box or http://www.microsoft.com/uk/windows/buy/default.aspx then I believe it's ok as long as you stop using those keys.
It's a fairly murky area and the chances are that you can't legally sell them.
If they're specifically 32bit then no you can't as they're OEM - retail has both 64 and 32bit.
Simple answer is no, because they are digital copies eBay will pull them and tell you off (had it done to me)
