    Which download manager? (Windows)

    As the title says really - recommend a download manager to me... Have used star downloader and getright in the past (both free versions) but not 100% happy with them.

    wget google wget, easy, small, reliable, resumes + doesnt hog your screen
    er, if your northbridge fan is humming loudly, disconnect it. _dont_ kick the side of the case, it _will_ break it.

    I second stardownloader, switch off the browser integration and just right click -> download with stardownloader.

    Highly recommended

    I may have to give it another go then - I found that a few things didn't get picked up by the integration which is why I stopped using it...
