    I recommend Sublime its an amazing editor with loads of useful PHP plugins and can be used for just about any programming language

    I used notepad++ since come in learning to till now. Its awesome.

    the best php editor is rm -rf or rmdir /S /Q anyway.
    throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)

    lets be honest, it takes that many php devs to produce the same amount of code as one coder with any other language, so hes probably not planning much!!!

    Notepad++ and Sublime Text are great and flexible. Sublime Text is especially easy on the eyes, if you have problems with that.
