    Key binding utility

    Hello,

    I need a utility (under Windows XP) to bind keys so i can have accented characters i.e. shift + a = some kind of accented letter instead.

    Any recommendations?

    http://www.klm.freeservers.com/KbdEdit.html - that the type of thing you are on about? Not too sure how good it is, I have never tried it because I didnt need to in the end.
