    ZA Stopping games

Been using ZA for along time now, before you tell me to dump ZA i don't wanna because i've just renewed my subscription to them, been using them for years.
I know having the access control interupts games, but recently ZA has implemented a new access control, they still have "Do you want to let example.exe access the Trusted Zone" but they also now have "Do you want to accept a connection from the Trusted Zone"
This only affects a few games, mainly LO:MAC the machine connecting to my server rig (that has ZA installed on) just says network error when ZA is on, LO:MAC doesnt even get interupted to bring up the promt.
When ZA is disabled i can play LO:MAC over LAN and connect to games.
Anyone know of how I could fix this, LO:MAC is in the access control, allowed to act as server, access the net and trusted zone but I cant find how to allow connections from Trusted Zone (it alwaysh as before as its the trusted zone)
    Can anyone help me?

Hmm not sure mat e- could try turning firewall off - connecting - then running a netstat form dos to see exactly what is connecting and to where - might help you track it down

Odd, never had any problems with games through ZA Pro other than an interim release around 4.0/4.5 (broke some online games including Asheron's Call and required a second release to restore it).

Have you manually defined your trusted zone, or do you specify it as it is automatically detected?
What is the security setting for the trusted zone? (defaults to medium)

By the wording, you would assume "allow connections from the trusted zone" is identical to "act as a server in the trusted zone", but you say you've already got that enabled?

Even though I've got a subscription to the v5 Pro version, I have all the cookie control, ad blocking, ID control off - I use separate tools for these features.
Mailsafe is the only additional feature I use.

I can only suggest either the ZA User Forums or support areas of the games you are having problems with, see if it's a common issue with specific titles.

can you go into Program Contrl and just give it unlimited access.....that one program.

Also, a thought....is their a "Ping Program" that might be associated with it? Or a built in Voice Coms package?

Last but not least.....do you need a Port Forwarding option enabled?

    I'd better define that

In IL-2 FB I can JOIN a game with Port Forwarding OFF....

but to HOST I need to activate Port Forwarding on 21000

If I forget to then turn it OFF after hosting, I cant join anyother games.
