I don't think there's any expectation for them to use it to be honest. There's a couple of new enterprise features, but overall I gather that the expectation is for Windows 7 to continue to sell well up until Windows 9. Some businesses will make the move, but overall Windows 8 seems to be aimed to the consumer space, with tablets, ultrabooks and touch-screen AiO PCs taking centre-stage.
They're adding more settings to Metro all the time. Consumer Preview to Release Preview saw quite a large number of settings moved over, which should increase further towards RTM. As a neat tip though, if you want to access a specific setting it's much quicker to search for it. Just type the name on the start screen and the search box will come up. Select 'Settings' in the right-hand column.
