windows updates

just built a new shuttle up and there are tones of windows updates, how do you go about picking whats what... is it worth getting everything? or are some worth giving a miss too..

Do all the critical fixes & services packs and whatever you want out of the rest.

Personally I just do the lot, but I have a 1mb connection someone on dial up would obviously be much more selective.

yeah i just have the critical and SP1... but some are worth getting if you have the time and speed...
