    OpenSource Messanger Clients

I'm looking for a few new options on a messanger client.

I'm looking at open source solutions. This will probably be built for a linux or solaris machine.

I've got gaim and kopete - which are "ok" but I need other options

    I'm looking at MSN/Yahoo/ICQ/Jabber connectivity.

    Options please
    It is Inevitable.....

Miranda is superb for windows. Gaim is good and cross platform. Try Miranda - I dont think you will go elsewhere once you have tried it - it is supremely extendable and configurable.

I found a link once called Nirvana (spelt strange) with reviews of several decent ones, the best one I found is called yahelite which is very usable.
