    Have Windows request password?

Hi did some googling but wasn't sure how to phrase so maybe someone knows here.

What I am after is changing my normal user account to an admin account but have Windows ask fora password when it needs admin permissions. I set up an admin account so that people don't accidentally install things whilst using my account etc but sometimes things go a bit weird when I need admin access, e.g it will look at the admin account's music folder. When using an admin account it just asks you to agree but I would like it to request the user password but don't know if it's possible.

    Thanks in advance!

In local policies you have to change 'behaviour of the elevation prompt for' to prompt for a password. By default its set to elevate without prompt. If your account wasn't an administrator i.e. it was limited this would work as expected but the behaviour for administrator is different by default.
