    explorer.exe

    God, more problems!

Everytime I boot, I keep getting the explorer.exe maxed out on my CPU Usage of about 98 percent. I am using XP Pro. What might be the problem here?

This is my advice: wait for Windows to start, then in the task manager switch the explorer off for a while (you can navegate using Run) and start your anti-virus prog. If your problem is caused by a virus, that may help. Because if you start anti-virus program with 98% of your cpu busy it won't run.
I beleive you will kick that **** out of your PC.
