Good or Bad ??
Sounds like they don't want anyone to try before they buy this time....
I wonder why?

..and that's why they're offering out a free 90 day trial
Honestly, the FUD is shocking sometimes.
Probably won't buy it for a while myself, but the number of people just repeating what they read on The Register and other sites is pretty shocking.

People that were interested in trying it probably got the release preview anyway, instead of waiting a while till it was out then getting a trial then (as mentioned, Enterprise has a 90 day trial)
It's not even out yet FFS, the speculation is getting to Apple proportions now
Or maybe they realise people are likely to hate it but once activated no refund can be given for the licence
Interests: kicking the ass of technical problems and gaming.
FUD? 90 days only on Enterprise........like everyone knows someone with an Enterprise disk! They are severely limiting the amount of people that can try before buying.
It's plainly obvious they are forcing metro on us to make money from phones and tablets......a despicable business practice and they deserve all the backlash they get over it.
It's going to be like Windows 3.1 again........replacement shell because the shipping one is not fit for purpose. Perhaps Symantec can dig up the Norton Dashboard product for a revival?

Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Agreed - it was very useful (especially since I paste my keys in from MSDN once i'm up and running).
There is a workaround though:
"Just by ading an ei.cfg file with the folowing content in the source folder of a Retail MSDN image:
The setup will not ask you anymore about a key, and will give you acces to select wich version you want to install - Core or Pro. The setup will then continue as for Windows 7. At a certain point after install it will ask you for a key but you may skip this step, and you are in.[EditionID]
[Channel]
Retail
[VL]
0
Please note that [EditionID] should be left blank in order to let you select between the Core and Pro versions.
Also in the [Channel] field you may use Retail ( as shown ) but also Eval or OEM.
Also, please note that this only let you install those versions, but you will still need to enter a key in order to activate Windows."
I will try this later as I often do temp. installs for testing etc in VMs but basically it sounds like it should..
...and it does work indeed!
Fantastic
No key required initially, lets you choose which version and then when it does ask you for a key (once it's installed) you can simply skip that step too.
