Best way to install multiple OS's on one drive

I only have Windows 7 installed at the moment. I am planning on installing Windows 8 Release Preview and Ubuntu 12.04. I was going to use the the Windows installer from the Ubuntu website to dual boot my Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.04. Now that I want to install Windows 8 Release Preview on top of all this, what would be the best way forward to install all three Operating Systems??

I want to use all three operating systems without having to suffer from speed issues. I want my Windows 7 to be the main OS for games, so I would only use Windows 7 for everything including games. Windows 8 Release Preview is mainly for just getting familiarised with the OS and the Ubuntu is for programming and surfing the web. I don't want the quality of playing my games to go down.

Thanks in advance for your replies

Run Win8 RP in a VM,and Ubuntu as a dual boot with Windows 7. The Win8 RP only has a limited lifespan, so I would not run it as a bootable option, as you would need to uninstall it eventually.

Have you considered a Virtual Machine (VM) for Ubuntu and Windows 8?

A modern VM like https://www.virtualbox.org/ is amazingly fast, certainly if your CPU has the proper extensions (If you're using the i7 listed in your spec, it does)

    I have a Core i3 2100 and VirtualBox runs Win8 RP fine,so a Core i7 920 should breeze through it IMHO!

I actually have the same i7 as the OP and I run Win8 in a VM without an issue. The more RAM the better though with a VM

Yea, the virtual box is a good idea. Got 8GB RAM so it will run fine
