    Windows Skinning

Does anybody know where one can get the windows skin that was in the screenshots for the XFX card (http://www.hexus.net/content/reviews...JsX3BhZ2U9NA==) . Also, was it for WindowsBlinds or StyleXP? Im considering getting one or the other, depending on which one has more themes I like. Thanks.

Windows blinds is a horrible filthy disgusting nasty horrible program that should be rid of this earther for ever. Well thats just my opinion.

Stylexp is very very good! Lots of options and you can just get thousands of skins etc for it.

Id guess Ryszard would knwo what the theme is called as it was his review.

Forget StyleXP, just get the (FREE) uxtheme.dll patcher and then use the normal windows display panel

Then goto www.themexp.org and download the VisualStyles. (~1400 atm)

I use windowblinds and a few of the object desktop programs as well, they are good and installed correctly do not cause any more issues than the rest of the skinning programs.

A great place to go for themes is www.wincustomize.com - I personally recommend the nvidia desktop theme for all the nvidia fans out there

stylexp is a payware version of the same uxtheme patch, with a new gui

and uxtheme styles are modified licensed windowblinds files

I flick between that and the doom3 one by the use of different window logins.

I too use wincustomize! but if you dont wish to buy a product they wont let you download after a while! first you can download.. then they want you to register... then they want you to buy a product!!! I use get right! right click the link for the download you want and copy the link! then open get right and past it in the url spot.. the drag and drop wont work for this!

    or... buy the product?

if you want to use free product, use free product. if you want to use payware product, pay for payware product. using paid product for free just makes you cheap

I used to go to themexp.org all the time, but when you click links, sometimes you get the file you want in a .zip, but sometimes its a .exe with adware/spyware in it. Thats just stupid.

I do thank you for your posts, but does anybody know about that one skin ? I really want to try it out.
