Decent WinXP Shell Replacements

I'm not really looking for themes, I was just wondering if anyone knew a decent shell replacement for Windows?

Failing that, is there an easy way to make your XP theme of choice is also applied to the login box (using Win2k style login), and set a background on the logon screen?

I've always been a big fan of LiteStep, although it can sometimes be a little buggy.

Don't think you can theme the login screen. It's so users get a consistent login screen, despite whatever personal theme and layout they use.
