What font is this

A mate of mine has asked me if I know what font this is, and to be honest Ive no idea.

What do you reckon?

Sorry mate....I could tell you what it's not....quick flick through my 600+ fonts, and I've got very little that comes close.

I think the nearest I got to it was Hozenozzle, which you can find near the bottom on http://resources.bravenet.com/free_fonts/h/9

it's not quite the same, but it's similar....
