    NF7-S v2.0 and a slow network

    Right. I have an NF7-S v2.0 connected to my 100Mbit home network. Normally, the network runs at top speed, but sometimes if I hibernate the machine then resume, I get REALLY bad throughput - sort of 1 to 2 Mbit. Any ideas?

    Running the latest nforce drivers...

    Try setting the network card to work in 100mbps full duplex rather than auto-detect.

    And (obviously?) only full duplex if it's connected to a switch. For a hub you have to use plain 100mbps (simplex I suppose) not duplex.
