Firefox Bookmarks

Any idea where firefox keeps its bookmarks, ive reinstalled windows on a new hdd and want to copy my bookmarks over but cant find them on the old hdd

Bookmarks are kept in the profile directory. If you go to Documents and Settings then navigate to Application Data for your current user and then Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/default

Install the Bookmark Backup extension and you can put them anywhere you want and each time FF closes it automatically backs your bookmarks up.
