Are there any, preferably open source, free programs which basically do the same as this program does without the poor audio quality?
Thanks in advance

For anybody interested I found one, It's called ffsplit, it's in beta/alpha but the developer is extremely active usually adding hotfixes every day or so.
Would highly recommend this, not as easy to use as xsplit but by following the tutorial on the website itself it's a piece of cake.
And sorry for the language present in my previous post peter
