you put it back into Works....and then RE Save it as a different format.....and try it again.
I did this with Spread Sheets for Sair's family...was a nightmare.
Works is a pain in the bum...WHY it has a different set of formats belies belief![]()

save it in .rtf format (rich text format) that is readable and writeable by both word and works

there are some convertors you can find - had the same problem only we couldnt get works again - so found a convertor
