    Windows 7 Professional - 32 or 64bit?

    Building a new gaming/work PC (details in Sig) and dont know whether to go for Win7 32 or 64bit, any advice?

    Unless there is a specific compatibility reason you need 32bit (and you'd know if there was) then go 64bit.

    Yep 64bit as you building a new machine. If it was an older machine, then I would suggest 32bit.

    This. If you get 32bit, half of your expensive RAM will vanish as your shiny new computer is unable to address it. Any more than 4GB, you must get 64bit.
