Try synctoy from microsoft. Its free and you can use it on mapped drives (map a drive to the nas).
Cobian Backup does that job for me.
My preferred options are SyncBack: http://www.2brightsparks.com/ and Allway Sync: http://allwaysync.com/
In both cases, you can try and use the software for free, but under certain usage scenarios you'll need to pay - I purchased Allway and use it daily, but the free version of SyncBack also works fine, and I use it every few months.

I use SyncToy to sync my MP3s with my nas. Works perfectly.
