Need a program to grab Username, Password, name, description from an NT4 server into a CSV file for importing onto a win2k server.

dont know of any that grab passwords offhand.
there are more elegant solutions though
have a look for the active directory connector - should do it for you.
That's a shame, because if you did, you would be licensed to download and use the updates to some of the supplied utilities like the addusers_x86.exe utility from MS's public FTP server , which exports user accounts to text files in plaintext format with your choice of delimiter. Which, by the way, will also run under 2K.Quote:

The john the ripper process for cracking NT passwords used to export the password table into a usable format.
