Now got all data from the commputer the question is how can I restore an old data to my iphone?
Can you upload the back up from your PC to icloud then use icloud on your phone?
Do I need to do this with an itune or something?
you could just use itunes, right click where it says your iphone and click back up
or put some of the files on dropbox
What I did, was drag the files into an external device (in my case an external HDD)
Alternatively, look on google for a site where you can backup your files (e.g an application such as WonderShare may intrest you perhaps).
iCloud is good for backing up certain information such as contacts, however, this is often done on your iphone and you can't transfer the files around.
My friend had a problem like this and he overcame it by sending me some of his files via an iOS app called 'Bump' (it's a popular app and you may be familiar with it).
I'm not going to go into the details as it is fairly self explanatory, but it is one of the easiest ways to send files around and then later retrieve them!
I had a 64gb iPod Touch, that was lying around and didn't mind taking some photos for a good friend!
There is an edit function on the forums, rather than posting multiple times on the same thread within 5 minutes.
