Software development and usability

Heyup, I'm new here but hoping that you guys might be able to give me a bit of a hand with a project I'm working on...

I'm currently looking at the resources that are available to developers like yourselves to help in creating interfaces that are effective and easy to use. As part of this project I want to get an idea for the level of interest in and/or knowledge of usability in general. It would help me immensly therefore if you might be able to find 5 minutes of your time to answer a short (I promise!) questionnaire that I have prepared:
