I sent an email to support earlier, but last time I did, they never replied to me!
So I'll copy pasta what I sent them here, and hopefully some of you lot can help me
I use Puran Defrag to a boot time defrag on my Windows 7 x64 system drive. On the additional operations page my settings are as follows:
* Fill gaps to avoid frequent defragmentation = Off
* Optimize directories for faster system access = On
* Free some space for windows temporary files on faster disk area = On
* PIOZR = On
* Exclude files between x-x MB = Not used
* Exclude files = Not used
* Enable file defrag/right click... = On
* Delete files in the list = Not used
Now the problem I have is that after a defrag, I often wake my computer from sleep mode and it is very slow to respond. It loads the desktop up slowly and I can't click on anything, or there is a very slow response if I do. It usually sorts itself out after a few minutes and I can use the computer as normal. I normally put my computer to sleep rather than shutting it down, and this continues for a couple of weeks or so. Then things will go back to normal and this wont happen again until the next defrag. I do try restarting my computer after each defrag, but it doesn't help. I'm not quite sure what it is about Puran Defrag that is causing this. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Edit: Dammit I forgot to add that sometimes the computer restarts itself a few times trying to boot up from sleep. Sometimes I get an option to delete the system resume data and boot normally. I think the state of the computer that is saved to ram/hdd is getting corrupted or something maybe?
