Wordpress - Need a Survey Plugin

Putting a quote together for a clients website.

The website is for a charity. They want it to be built on wordpress and the first thing a user is to be presented with when they visit the site is a 7 question survey. My client want to be able to extract all of the data for each individual question (rather than all 7 questions at once). From the data, my client will decide which applicants are applicable manually. Once this has taken place, my client will create an account for that person so they can log in and complete a more in-depth survey.

Can anyone recommend a plugin (free or Paid for) which offers the ability to extract the data for each question and allows multiple surveys?

To do all this you will probably need to create a custom plugin or modify an exiting one.

Thanks for the reply. In the end I went with Gravity Forms, which pretty much does exactly what I was after.

Ah ok I saw that but didnt look at the pricing. I develop most of my plugins from scratch but can take a while and depend how much time / budget you have.
