    Changing mp3 bitrate

Are there any decent free aplications that allow me to change the bitrate of trakcs easily? Hopefully allowing me to do them in bulk.

    Thanks for your help.

www.dbpoweramp.com, though it'll really butcher the audio quality. better off re-ripping from cd.

All 2 MP3 converter will let you, it's meant to go from other formats like .wav to mp3 but will go from mp3 to mp3 with a different bit rate.

It's only a trial unless you pay but works well

you can also use easy cd-da extractor 5/6. one thing i would say if you are going to upsample (eg low to high bit rate) there'll be very little change in audio quality
