    suggest a file manager please?

    Guys,

I need to regularly move a bunch of files from a to b (and in fact, from a to c) on a windows server 2008 machine.

I know I could write a batch file, but I'd prefer to have a GUI based application where I could set up this file copy, save the action and recall it and action it on a daily basis.

I've used teracopy in the past, but don't remember it having this 'save and recall the file copy' functionality.

    Any suggestions, please?

you're not gonna like this, but robocopy is your friend here. its not gui'd that i know of but you can use it with scheduled tasks to make it gui'd. it is the as far as i know the best filecopy exe there is.

    Actually, I haven't

I did try WinRoboCopy, but it didn't do what I needed. Eventually I settled with SyncToys 2. That's working a treat.

    Thanks again,

    Paul
