    Saving Mozilla bookmarks

Right I am building a new pc for myself and I need to know how I can save my Mozilla bookmarks so that I do not have to write down all my favourite websites and then goto each one after my fresh install.

    I would guess it is:

Bookmarks / Manage Bookmarks -> File / Export

and then after a rebuild do an Import from the same menu?

You could test it before the rebuild by creating a dummy user with a blank profile and import there first to make sure it works as you expect.

Im guessing Mozilla aint that much different to firefox so itll prob be:

    C:\Documents and Settings\#USERNAME#\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default\bookmarks.html

just copy the file from there

(assuming you use the default profile in firefox, else 'default' changes to the profile name you use)

the amounts are all pretty arbitrary, it was something i came up with on my own. of those without amounts, a 400g jar of sauce, and a small 200ish ml carton of coconut cream (ths is like single cream, and is _nothing_ to do with creamed coconut, which is solid, or coconut milk, which is too liquid). if you absolutely can't find coconut cream (waitrose, tesco, sell it in medium-large stores) then you can get a creamed coconut block, and make your own - though this is tricky & i can't really help. the kidney beans come in jars which are 400ish g with water, 200ish g drained, so i tend to use one large tin and one half-size one to make 300ish g drained. 350g of noodles is a guestimate, think 6 "blocks" of the usual stuff, where a block is about 60g, a 250g pack has 4 blocks, a 500g pack has 8 blocks. i think cooking is fun, and as such i see things as a guideline, not something that has to be matched exactly.

and this is really off topic, isn't it. ~/.mozilla/firefox/default.kcw/bookmarks.html !
