Norton AV 2003 advice please

i'm thinking of installing noton av on a computer with a virus on it... but does anyone know if i can download a norton av update file as i won't have net access... i can't get onto the norton web site right now for some reason, just wondering if anyone's if this is possible?

Yeah you can go here and download the latest updates..... Updated probably once every day or so - http://www.sarc.com/avcenter/defs.download.html
